About

Some people find their way to art early. I found mine in my forties - and I think that's exactly why it means what it does to me.

I'm Eva. London born, Spanish roots, creativity in the family. My path went elsewhere first - engineering, business finance, the sciences, studies at LSE, UCL and King's College London. Art felt like someone else's world.

Then Covid happened. A set of watercolours found their way into my hands. I painted for a while - and then, as life does, other things took over. I put the brushes down.

Colours by Eva began with a request I didn't see coming. I'd built a community on TikTok around well-being and EFT tapping - and one day, someone asked me to paint a seahorse. I don't know what made me say yes. I painted him, sent him to her, and she named him Cedric. Then someone asked for a hedgehog. Then a fox. Then an orchid. Quietly, without any plan, a community I'd built around one thing had asked me back to another - the thing I'd put down. I hadn't realised how much I'd missed it until they did.

I paint animals because I love them - their innocence, their stillness. I paint botanicals for the same reason. Whatever I paint, the intention is always the same: to create something calm. Something that feels good to be near.

Each print is a limited edition of an original watercolour, reproduced on museum-grade archival cotton rag using fine art giclée printing. A4 (210 × 297mm). Hand-signed and numbered by me. And somewhere in every original painting, hidden quietly, is a small infinity symbol - my personal mark. See if you can find it.

£5 from every print sold is donated to Macmillan Cancer Support - a cause close to my heart.

Thank you for being here.
